Good questions

Things people ask us

Plain answers, no fine print. If yours isn't here, just ask.

How far ahead do I need to order?

Boards and boxes: 48 hours. The Lunch Graze can be same-day if you order before 11am. Grazing tables want a week. The Go Cart books 2–6 weeks out in summer — and Thanksgiving/Christmas week fills up by early November, every year, without fail.

Where do you deliver?

Coos Bay to Gold Beach, including North Bend, Coquille, Port Orford, and Langlois. Delivery runs $10–25 depending on distance and is free on orders over $150. Pickup at the shop in Old Town Bandon is always free.

Can you work around allergies and diets?

Yes, and we take it seriously. Vegetarian and gluten-free boards are easy. For nut and dairy allergies we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't guarantee — our kitchen handles both daily, so severe-allergy orders get a frank phone conversation, not a checkbox.

How long does a board keep?

Boards are built to be eaten within about 4 hours (2 hours if it's warm out). Boxes and crates keep 3 days chilled. If you want to serve later, order a box and we'll include a one-page “how to re-plate this like we did” card.

Do I return the board?

No — the wooden keeper boards are yours. That's part of the price and honestly part of the fun. Grazing-table serveware is ours; we handle setup and breakdown.

What exactly is the Go Cart?

A converted cart that works as a full charcuterie counter on wheels. We park it at your event and one of us builds small plates to order for up to 50 guests, for two hours. It's catering that doubles as entertainment. From $895; date requests go through the order form.

How does payment work?

Boards and boxes are paid when you order. Events take a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due the week of. (On this demo site, checkout is a demonstration — nothing is charged.)

Can I choose exactly what goes on the board?

Mostly! Tell us must-haves and never-wants and we'll build around them. We keep a little creative license for what's best that week — it's why the boards taste like the season instead of a spec sheet.

Is this a real business?

No — Graze & Go is a fictional brand created by Rooted Coast Design as a design demonstration. If you run a real food business and want a site like this, that email works.
